VETTA audit / refactor package Included in this build: 1. Database-aware support for multi-doctor scheduling. 2. Owner booking flow with doctor selector. 3. Clinic admin calendar filter by doctor. 4. Safer backend filtering for clinic slots, busy slots and bookings. 5. Foundation SQL migration for mobile push notifications and pet-care reminders. IMPORTANT - Before expecting multi-doctor slots to work fully, run: database/migrations/2026_04_multidoctor_notifications.sql - Take a DB backup first. - Existing single-doctor clinics are backfilled automatically by the migration. Still recommended before mobile app phase: - Separate API/service layer from dashboard views. - Add real notification sending worker (Firebase/APNs). - Add appointment/chat context with doctor_id in the UI everywhere. - Add super-admin audit log UI and advanced filters.
